The unit is well appointed with a full kitchen, two full bathrooms, one with shower and jacuzzi and a hall half bathroom, washer and dryer and plenty of storage and space for the family with a large family room and dining area and conveniently located on the first floor near the pool, front desk and restaurant and the property is 100 yards from the In Town bus stop. The proper itself is great with valet parking, pool and hot tubs, a restaurant, game room and gym, ski valet and resort transportation in to town. We will be back for sure! ##### Doug T. The Ritz Carlton property is wonderful. The staff is great and the location is perfect. This particular unit was very worn out. The furniture was all extremely used, chipped, uncomfortable. The first night that we were there the air conditioning in the unit did not work and they had to bring fans to cool the room below 76\. Séjour de 6 nuits en avril 2023 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Paula C. 10 avr. 2023 Points forts : Propreté #### Great location, not a great unit Loved the location however, the staff seemed disorganized and confused so we had to verify often we were getting our bill and not another guest, yet they were always friendly. The Ritz Ski Rental Shop misplaced our ski boots so they asked us to go in the back storage area to help find them. Again, disorganized but were very friendly while trying to resolve issues. Would go back to the Ritz but not recommend this unit - kitchen was missing most glassware, had minimal plates, one wine glass, 3 regular glasses, 2 steak knives, bent colander - basically needs to be fully restocked on kitchenware. Missing basics such as linens & blankets for pullout couch, pillows, so had to ask for them, etc. ##### Paula C.
