Super value for money. A proper apartment/suite at under 1.5k is rarely available and yet Hotel Monville has made that experience available for its customers. Staff is good, rooms are very spacious, overall a 9/10 experience...Only point deducted for its high distance from the railway station.

So the property is good, very pleasant, there are great views around. The rooms are of good size, have all electronic facilities like microwave, refrigerator, oven, water heater, etc. The planning is also good. they have a sort of studio apartment style set up. The issue is with cleanliness. Often the toilets were not cleaned before the new guests came in. in some cases we found the room did not have some fittings like toilet seat cover, shampoo/shower gel dispenser. there were smells in some areas. Also the food in dining restaurant is limited and only Punjabi. They do not have much variety and the food often finishes early - whether breakfast or lunch. Service is slow and often getting tea on time was a problem in the morning. Tea bags or tea kits are not present in rooms either. I think they say the hotel is new, but their fittings, and all seem to be old. They need to improve their service. But all in all I had good stay considering that I feel in a remote place like outskirts of Vadodara and in the such cost effective price you will not get better.

Be careful with Owner's list of amenities. Nothing

Room was okay, STAFF service was really poor and make sure they do not touch customer food and water bottles as I have noticed they have used water bottles and foods and perfumes. I have booked this hotel from Hotels.com and owner of this hotel mentioned there is pool, gym and breakfast lunch and dinner all inclusive but there was nothing so please do not get trapped by owner's list of amnesties. Everyday I had to call staff to clear out my room, change towels and hand soap, liquids, toilet rolls. so service was so poor. so overall I would give 2.5/5*.
