Lovely people who could not do enough to make are stay so welcoming. We used the hotel as an over night stop as there are no motorhome campsites in Uttoxeter, on our way from John o Groats to Lands End with my Nephew driving our motorhome and I'm walking the entire distance for Alzheimer's Research UK. All the staff were very appreciative of what we are doing and went the extra mile to make us welcome and comfortable. The onsite parking was easily accessible and perfect with plenty of spaces. Room came with a nice amount of tea and coffee supplies and towels. Backing up other reviews, the hotel is old and very outdated. Our room had cobwebs in it and half of one of the windows was missing for some reason. There was also an annoying buzzing sound from outside of the window from either a generator or fan or something which kept me up during the middle of the night for a few hours. We paid ÂŁ50 so you get what you pay for.
