Room was very small. It was very difficult for two adults to stay together. No areas to dry clothes or towels after use. No place to keep toiletries. The switches stopped working. It was an average place. Only two things: the staffs were very friendly and helpful. Chai stall just outside the hotel some 20 meters away.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The food served in their restaurant is excellent. The bathroom in the deluxe room was a bit odd in terms of how the toilet was set relative to the shower but it was fine. The location relative to the temples and the main ghats of the river Ganges is ok but definitely not close enough to walk in few minutes. However, the price is definitely way too high for the location, type of rooms and the service. The quality of the duvet cover and bed covers was not good. It looked like it had seen several years worth of use. No channels were available on the TV. Even after mentioning it to the receptionist, only few random channels were provided. Also, we were surprised to find our room not cleaned when we arrived back later in the day. When we mentioned this to the receptionist, we were told because we hadn't asked them for it and that we took the key with us and that if some item got lost we would blame the staff (fair given that there are unscrupulous people who do this fraud). But seriously! Every hotel has a master key. Secondly, they should have mentioned about the request for cleaning when we were checking in.

Good location with access to all Benaras has to offer including temples and ghats. Hotel was very comfortable and excellent service maintaining the property and really good food.

Its was safe, family friendly and staff was exceptionally helpful to move around and support every way. Definitely recommend to other for a calm, blissful and peaceful stay. Neatness and water was an issue. The rooftop restaurant was good but missed to have the authentic Varanasi food.

I stayed at Ekam Kashi for three days and had a great experience. Archana at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming. The kitchen, Jathragani, served excellent food, especially the dinner thali. The restaurant staff, Neha, Lucky, and Akash, were warm and made us feel like family. The location is a big plus.
