This cozy and quiet vacation rental offers a beautiful view of the ocean and the mountains. It’s perfect for couples and solo travelers. The apartment comfortably accommodates 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The apartment is not suitable for children under 6 years of age. On the large terrace, you can relax, eat, and drink, and watch the sun set over the sea in the evening. <br>Two secure, free parking spaces are available in the fenced-in courtyard. <br>The vacation rental has a separate entrance. It features a living room with a dining table and chairs, a rocking chair, a comfortable fold-out sleeper sofa, closets, cable TV, and Wi-Fi. Of course, there is also air conditioning. The windows have curtains and can be darkened with roller shades and shutters. All windows have fly screens. <br>The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment and an electric stove with an oven. <br>The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. <br>The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, a mirror cabinet, and a small cabinet.<br>Three beaches with crystal-clear water and a nude beach are ideal for swimming and snorkeling (see photos). The beaches, a supermarket, a bakery, and a snack bar are all within easy walking distance.<br>I live very close by and am happy to be quickly available to answer any questions my guests may have. I speak German, English, French, Spanish, and a little Montenegrin. <br>The vacation rental is conveniently located. It’s only 60 km from Podgorica Airport to the vacation rental. The 13-km-long Velika Plaza sandy beach is just a 20-minute drive away. The coastal towns of Bar and Ulcinq are each about a 20-minute drive away. Ulcinq has a historic old town, many good restaurants with stunning ocean views, and is definitely worth a visit.<br><br>The minimum age for bookings is 18.<br><br>
