"Staid at this hotel while doing Peru Hop. Booked through expidia though as price was better. Hotel was in a good location lots of resturants to walk to. The rooms are a bit outdated but clean and have whats needed. There is an elevator which is nice. Breakfast was good. And they let us stay in our room a bit later as our pickup from Peru Hop was 3 hours late. "

"My parents had a room where the shower did not get too hot, and overall I felt the rooms were slightly cold, even with the heater on (this was in the winter), but overall this was a very comfortable stay. The location in Puno was also very convenient, within steps of the main plaza and the shopping street. It was also a short walk to the train station and the edge of the water. "
