I would not recommend this hotel. The main problems can be summed up as follows - the service is subpar and the staff are inattentive. For instance, no one informed us upon checking in that there is only one shuttle daily to/from the Adventure Park. When we came downstairs 15 min too late, the front desk staff told us we had to walk 45 minutes to get to the park (which is only a 10 min drive), and that there was no other way to reach it (no taxi, no way to pay extra for a shuttle even though more shuttles were parked outside). This information really should have been communicated up front, since not all guests would be able to walk 1.5 hours round trip on hilly roads to the park. The following day when we returned to the park for a second activity, we found out that the shuttle was not included in the room fees. This was not communicated until check-out, when we were presented with the extra charges (200 pesos/person). Additionally, it appears that there is differential treatment of individuals, couples, and large groups. They ran shuttles up to large groups' hotel rooms for meals, and were much more accommodating for them (~10 people) than for us as a pair. Also, please beware that you may get conflicting information from hotel staff - we were told 2 conflicting bus schedules to Creel, for instance. The only upside of this hotel is the view of the canyon from the balcony - so if you do decide to stay here, I would urge you to pay the bit extra for a room with a canyon view.
