This hotel made our stay in Cappadocia..perfect! The rooms were beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The property is very nice. The breakfast is amazing. The staff was very friendly. Murat was very accommodating, helpful, and kind. I highly, highly recommend this hotel!

Wonderful place
I booked this place for my mother as a birthday gift. She stayed with her friends. They both loved the place. They felt safe and welcoming. They liked the breakfast, the room and the staff. I highly recommend this place, especially for single ladies.

A room with a view!
Absolutely superb. The hotel is located in a on the top of a ridge with a spectacular view, and is close to fabulous restaurants and a wonderful town. The hotel itself is tastefully maintained, clean and quaint with all the modern amenities. Murat is an exceptionally gracious and knowledgeable host. Felt like some out of an Ivory merchant movie. Just book here.

Excellent stay
Canyon Cave Hotel was the best choice for me. It was small, quiet, clean and convenient. Murat, the host was very accommodating and friendly. He organised tours and transfers, and communicated well throughout the stay. The hotel is in Urgup and was also a better choice for me. It’s smaller, has less tourists and is less polluted than Goreme. Overall, an excellent stay.

Awesome stay in Capadoccia
The manager/owner Mr. Murat was very accommodating on the 3 days we stayed. He provide good local informations and made reservations for us on last minute tours we wanted to do. The hotel is very clean and centrally located to everything. Definitely, will stay again to this hotel.

The Hotel Manager Makes This Place So Special!
Murat absolutely makes this place! He was so welcoming and helpful to us. We came with no plans, so he helped us every morning figure out what to do. Each night he was interested to hear what we did and what we thought. It made us feel welcomed and listened to. He was so friendly and created a great community with everyone staying there. Everyone we talked to remarked on how much they had enjoyed their stay because of Murat. Every morning, there was a wonderful spread for breakfast. We sat on the terrace, taking in a lovely view and relaxing before heading out on adventures. While you can't see the balloons in the morning from the terrace, you can see a lovely sunset. The room was just what we were looking for in a cave hotel room. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was very clean and nice. The service was absolutely excellent! We are SOO glad we stayed here! Highly recommend!

Very relaxing and friendly environment.
Very helpful friendly owner, devoted to serving his guests in all ways he can. Only one tiny drawback was the weak WIFI inside the rooms, which could be due to the cave thick walls.

Great hotel. Small, people call you by the name. Breakfast is very good too. The owner (Murat) does everything to make you fell at home. Couldn’t be happier about the hotel choice!

nice hotel close to the town centre
Murat has been an excellent host. He's warm and friendly. He helped me to arrange tours and recommended various restaurants. The hotel is clean and offers good facilities for relaxation. It's within a short walking distance to the town centre. The hotel has a panoramic view from the roof terrace. I would certainly go back and stay there again.

It was a wonderful experience staying in this hotel in Cappadocia. Hotel partner Murat and his staff are extremely friendly, helpful and considerate! They treat guests like family. His friendship is our biggest gain during our visit! My family and I were offered upgraded rooms, absurdly late checkout and all the perks you could imagine. The clean and comfortable rooms are inside caves that made by rocks from six million years ago, with luxurious amenities. The town is quiet, beautiful and a good mix of tourists and locals. You won't regret staying here!

The most perfect hotel
Not one to leave reviews but this place was incredible. Aside from the beautiful cave and the decor, the host was the most pleasant person to ever stay with. He not only recommended the best places to visit but also did everything he could do to make sure we had the best experience and stay. Couldn't rate this place any higher and couldn't recommend it more.

Le patron Murat bey est très accueillant, à l’écoute, donne des conseils pour visiter les différents site de la cappadoces, les chambres sont tres charmantes et propres, elles sont nettoyées tout les jours, le petit déjeuner est varié le personnel est serviable. Je recommande cette hôtel qui dispose d’une magnifique vue sur ürgüp.

Ürgüp merkeze çok yakın, çok iyi konumda bir otel.Tertemiz, bakımlı,özenli. toplam 9 odaları var, biz ailece gittiğimiz icin aile suitinde kaldık, cocuklu aileler için harika. Murat Bey gercekten çok ilgili, artık bu bölgede başka otel aramam.
