« Nicely renovated property. Perfect size for a couple of people and their small pet. Well equipped kitchen had pretty much everything you needed. »

« Property was decent and comfortable. The layout worked and added separation for two sleeping areas. The decor gave off a modern vibe. There was a lack of attention to the details though, leaving things looking unfinished. For example, the ice maker didn't make ice and there wasn't an alternative ice tray to make ice, one of the electrical outlet in the kitchen didn't work, and other small things. »

« This is an entire small house. Not that small actually. Everything you need and then some. We really needed to do laundry on our long roadtrip and were able to use the washer and dryer m-great help. Huge TV with streaming. Also a driveway where you can back right up to the entry door…sweet. Didn’t have time to enjoy the hot tub but would be a nice feature. Loved the fenced in back yard as we are traveling with the dog. Wish we could have stayed longer. »

« This a fabulous property with five out of five for the private Beach that can be walked on with beautiful sand, beautiful shimmer of Lake Superior… The communication was awesome and very personal and kind. We will definitely be back… one thing that we would love to see as an improvement is the comfort of the king size bed. The sunroom with an incredible view and access to the Big Lake makes the property absolutely five star in a remote setting…since this is on the eastern side of the KEWEENAW...

« The house was clean, and there were nearby stores if you needed something urgently. However, the main issue was that the entire living room wall power outlets were short-circuited, preventing access to the TV and power outlets in that room and one of the bedrooms. The recliner couches were also unresponsive. I had to reach out to the owner and inform them that the situation was becoming too challenging for us to figure out whether the TV or power outlets were working. It took me about an hour or...

« Honestly this place was clean and the mattress was comfortable. We really only used the place to stay. There are a few things you should be aware of. It is heated with fuel oil. It wasn’t a problem for us since it heats hide and warm. But it does have a faint smell, especially when you first walked in and was like what is that smell?? It is the fuel oil. It seemed to go away once it started heating up. This was not a deal breaker for us. It did heat the place up fast. The sheets are microfiber....
