The rooms were extremely spacious. The breakfast was excellent. Hotel is spotless.The location is excellent for exploring the Old town. There is also a stop for sightseeing bus and train station bus right out the front door.

Great location!
I did not realize it was so close to St. Peter’s Cathedral or the Christmas market. Wonderful location. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also lovely. It was also close enough to the River that I could walk to my River cruise boat. I am not fit, but it was an easy walk (a bit downhill) to the River.

Always just a wonderful experience at this hotel. I’ve stayed here three times now and every time it’s amazing. The staff are wonderful and you cannot beat the views of the Dom outside your window.

The location was really good. Straight across from the Cathedral. Very easy walk to everywhere. Not far from the train station. Room was comfortable, breakfast was plentiful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent location in the heart of the old town right opposite the cathedral. This unfortunately means that you will be woken at 6am every morning. I could have handled that but there appears to be a huge number of crows either nesting on or very close to the hotel. They started making an unholy racket at 4am every morning (only stopping with the sunrise), so sleep or the lack thereof was a real issue here. I wouldn’t stay here again

No working AC but good location.
It states that their is ac but they said it did not work. They did give us fans but were kind of worthless, specially since it was 95 degress outside. Breakfast not really worth the 15 dollars we paid. That being said the staff was friendly and the room was clean enough. Good location too.

Picked this hotel for the air conditioning and on the hottest day so far (95 degrees) they said it wasn’t being used due to COVID. Didn’t say anything on the site prior to booking and believe it was just an excuse to not pay the electric for air conditioning. Nice hotel with a great location but very disappointing.

Wonderful hotel with great staff...at the Dom
Very nice hotel, very helpful and friendly staff. Room a/c units not operational due to COVID, although the units were single-room (not shared air) types. Staff provided a portable fan immediately when requested! Elevator was useful, but stairs required in/out of hotel and in/out of elevator to room. Perfect location...parking less than a km away.
