"Overall, a good hotel that’s conveniently located. The continental breakfast was great with many options to ensure a healthy meal. The only problem experienced was our room on the ground floor was very noisy. They put us in another room but the heavy stomping from the floor above persisted and once again, woke us up at 3 in the morning. "

"I liked the location. I walked to beaches on Lake Nippissing and grocery store. I enjoyed the renovated & modern room. Comfortable bed. I was able to hear noise from adjacent room but comfort of room made up for it. Very good customer service from front desk. I’d like to see a small lamp put on desk to help do paper work. I enjoyed the stay"

"Everything was in order with an easy check in and the room was as expected. It would have been nice to have had the heating on for a while before arrival as it took some time for the room to get warm. Also, there was a property wide problem with the satellite so TV couldn't be accessed (would have used at night) which we discovered and reported to the front desk. Staff was very responsive and tried to get it working and then called for a service technician. Unfortunately that would be until the...

"The owner is EXTREMELY responsive, which is a huge positive as apposed to other cottage owners. The property is located steps (probably not more than 5) from the water. Amazing sunrise and sun set. The cottage is equipped with everything as specified in the ad. It is a lot more spacious than photos show. There are groceries near by, cell service and wifi signal is great. I would definitely re-book when it’s hotter outside as the lake was frozen for winter."
