"Well stocked kitchen. Very spacious, a lot of space.When we arrived the side door was unlocked. House numbers not well seen from road- making it hard to find at night. Hot tub did not get very warm. Some of the carpets were stained/dirty- likely from previous pets that stayed. "

"Everything was just as it is in the pics and we really enjoyed our stay. We loved the hot tub and looking at the mountains. We will definitely stay again in the future. Was definitely cheaper than all the other places and was well worth it. I would recommend this place to anyone. "

"Me & my fiancé stayed for 2 nights and I promise you it was not long enough. We loved every single thing about this place from the views and quietness, to the cozy and warm atmosphere inside. If you’re looking for a getaway or anniversary trip or even just some peace and quiet this is the spot. There are neighbors but everyone is so quiet we never saw them or heard them. "

"WARNING. I would have given this property 4 stars, the beds brought it down from 5. However, I am going to have to give it a 2. I admit that I did not read all the way to the bottom, and therefor did not see “4WD is required during winter months/snowy conditions”, and did not have it brought to my attention until I was past the cancel date. I would have canceled, but as it was, my son in law and both rented 4WD vehicles. 456 extra for me, I don’t know what he paid. As it turned out we did need them to get the 200 yards to the house. There was a heavy snow storm in TN and NC 2 days prior to our arrival. A local businessman told me that kind of storm is a once in 5 year event. No attempt was made to clear the drive in the week that we were there. "

"Pool table was broke and wobbly, one leg was held up by a 2x4. Very unsafe. For the amount paid you would expect much higher quality in basically everything, but that is not the case here. I have stayed at a lot of places in the area over the years and this one is by far the least appealing especially for the amount charged. Also, they don’t provide firewood and don’t make you aware of that in advance so that you can bring some requiring you to drive miles to find some."
