  • Driftwood Cottages only a 3 minute drive from the airport are situated on North Eleuthera, Bahamas near Three Island Dock with beautifully landscaped garden view terrain surrounding it's cottages. Just a few steps away is Bikini Bottom Restaurant & Bar at Driftwood for your dining pleasure. Dine in overlooking they bay on to Harbour Island; or rent one of the water floats to lounge around and catch some sun while enjoying a few drinks. Book a day away excursion to go swimming with the pigs and to see the turtles or take a ferry boat ride over to Harbour Island to the pink sand beach. While you're there go horseback riding, or do a photoshoot as a mermaid.

The stay was lovely, a few hiccups but they were solved in record time!

I would highly recommend it, and I would stay the same place on my visit. The location is ideal, near the Harbour Island and just few minutes drive to the Spanish Wells ferry. Very nice.

Points faibles : Arrivée, communication, emplacement et exactitude de l’annonce.
This property is very isolated which I actually preferred but getting groceries was very inconvenient. I wanted to take advantage of the kitchenette but there were no dish towels or soap to clean dishes and ants soon arrived. There was also a wasp nest on the porch. The porch furniture was rotted and unusable. The ac remote did not work but fortunately the air was on and stuck at 24. The power went off several times during the hottest part of the day and sometimes at night. The room was okay. The bed and linens were comfortable. The host was unreachable and not on the island. His sister did get me settled in a cottage (not the one I booked) but never checked in with me for the remainder of my stay. My trash accumulated and I could have used some fresh pillow cases. Overall, I guess it could have been worse but I will not be revisiting Driftwood Cottages.

Comfortable and enjoyable stay at Driftwood.

The cottage was spacious and clean, the bed was extremely comfortable. It has a small kitchen with a fridge, microwave and most importantly, a coffee maker. The porch has a splendid view of the water and Harbour Island. Wonderful place to have coffee in the morning and just relax. It's a 5 minute walk to dock if want to visit Harbour Island. The is a trucking company next to the property, so at times it can be a little noisy. If you're out and about during the day, you may not even notice it. I would definitely stay her again.
