I was unsure about this booking as reviews was mixed, the self coded check in as i tried to use the key pad the sun was so bring you could not see to use it , but luck that someone was their to let me in manually, I was confused with codes as they gave you same code for front door and was same for your room, i managed in the end to get the right telephone number of contact and was assured that was correct, and it was actually all ok, the TV apparently was not programmed and so I did not know how to use it but that was ok, The room was clean, bedding was clean and i slept ok. The only thing I would suggest is better clear instructions, luck again i seen someone on my way out and he suggested using the back door to enter as the keypad was easy to see without sun on it, maybe get a shade for front keypad Parking was great and i was near the venue i was going to that evening so all in all worked out good.

I was double charged when I checked-in and had I not mentioned it, the staff wouldnt have noticed this either (my booking was online and pre-paid). The room itself was clean and spacious, however, the walls are paper thin and so I had a sleepless night because of the family next door with a crying toddler all through the night. I had specifically asked to have a quiet area booked so felt quite disappointed when even this wasnt factored in resulting in a very tired long drive back to London! Lastly, there were extra charges that I had to pay for breakfast in my room that I was happy to pay for when I checked out. The receptionist, even though could hear how sleepy I was when she called to tell me about it, didnt even have the courtsey to suggest I pay for it when I am properly awake (hotels big on hospitality and highly rated customer service pick on such cues) considering it was 7 and checkout was 11am. I was told this wasnt possible and then had to stay up & wait for housekeeping to come and charge me for the 5 pounds. Overall, very poor service from various members of staff. Parking is another issue here where I saw a few customers complaining about not having a spot despite booking for one. I parked in the stadium a few minutes walk from the hotel. Overall I would say the staff needs training around hospitality as with the current state of affairs, I dont think many would come back.
