« I booked this hotel after confirming disability accommodations and that my service dog would be accepted. Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing.
Due to a reservation mix-up, I was moved to a room that was supposed to be ADA compliant. As someone with POTS, Type 1 diabetes, and an ileostomy, accessibility is essential. The bathroom still required stepping over a tub ledge, which made showering difficult and unsafe. My service dog is trained to assist with balance and medical alerts, but...
