Studio in Ötztal with wellness, children's playground and farm

Our organic & equistrian farm "the Veitenhof" is located in Tyrol / Ötztal on the sunny plateau Niederthai at 1550m above sea level. This apartment has 1 double bedroom, a living / dining area with fully equipped kitchen, shower / WC, safe, massage roller, TV and balcony.

We offer a wellness area with panoramic sauna, infrared cabin, Kneipp basin, tea bar and a relaxation room made of pine with panoramic views of the Ötztal mountains, a garden lounge with barbecue area and sun terrace, a large children's playground, children's playroom, a fitness room, a shoe and drying room with washing machine, a Kneipp basin with barefoot path, petting zoo, , a house garden in which our guests are welcome to help themselves, a large lounge with kitchen (approx. 25 people), a riding arena and free to borrow - bicycles, toboggans and snowshoes, hiking equipment such as buggy, Kinderkraxe, hiking poles, etc..

In winter our guests receive the Niederthai Card - so all snow sports are free for our guests!
Ski lifts, cross-country skiing track, 1 x cross-country skiing taster course , 1 x biathlon, snowshoe hike, lantern or torchlight hike to the illuminated waterfall, a guided tour of the village smithy and hydroelectric power plant, 1x yoga, 1x alpaca- llama hike and the ski bus through the entire Ötztal.
