The property offers a range of amenities, including a shared beautiful garden with a lawn and plants, as well as a private fenced area of 100 square meters. One of the standout features is the heated angular swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm) with an internal staircase, available seasonally from January 1 to December 31\.
