From this secluded setting, surrounded by scented pine woods and unspoilt countryside, this holiday home with pool offers a serene escape to a picturesque and tranquil haven. Dating back to 1920, this traditional Istrian villa for rent retains much of its original charm and character. Set in spacious surroundings, it has a well-maintained garden with a variety of trees and plants, and a paved terrace area ideal for al fresco dining. Offering comfortable accommodation in a relaxed and homely environment, it has a spacious lounge/dining area with rustic-style furnishings, a tiled floor and a central table with four chairs. The lounge also has a convertible sofa bed and a wood-burning stove that guests are welcome to use. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds, a shower room, a well-equipped kitchen and a downstairs washroom. Reached by a somewhat steep spiral staircase, the upstairs accommodation comprises one double bedroom and a bathroom with a bath and hand-held shower. Outside, the paved terrace has a large stone-built BBQ to the side of the villa, and a lawned garden area with a small, outdoor swimming pool measuring 6 x 3 m. The property is completely fenced. Experience a timeless escape at Casa Peronospora, the haven of tranquility, where the charm of traditional Istrian living seamlessly intertwines with the beauty of nature. Your journey to relaxation begins here. The nearest mini market is approximately 1 kilometer away in the small village of Juricani, while the larger resort of Umag, with its good selection of shops, bars, restaurants, and nightlife is 7 kilometers away. Casa Peronospora is a pet-friendly villa, with max. 2 pets allowed. Es wird alles zur Verfügung gestellt, von Geschirr, Töpfen usw. bis zur Seife, Spülmaschinen Tabs oder Essig. Es war alles sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet.
