We are a family of 5 (3 kids) and had plenty of room. Very close to Ulladulla (we walked in to the shops) and overlooking the beach, where dogs can go off-lead. There is a nice lagoon area for kids to swim in. Mollymook beach is great too, but you need to drive there from this house, which was no problem.
