"Toted as being one of the most remote hotels in SL the hotel did not disappoint. Fabulous location and well run for such a remote site. You certainly got a sense of the rainforest by the time you got there. Our container was comfortable and the bar and dinning rooms spacious. As vegetarians we were a little bored with curry and rice yet again but it was nice not to have to face another buffet dinner as dinner was served to you. "I can’t recommend this place enough! Great communication with Eric all the way through, we came a bit late, and before we could order our meals over email and it was ready. Great WiFi! Evening watching fireflies in the dark. The food both breakfast and dinner was delicious. Eric also helped book our safari trip witch was terrific!"

"Outstanding property. Very quiet admist nature with river flowing nearby. Room was big and clean, jaccuzi was great and the food was delicious. But what stood out was the customer service of the people who work there. In all my travel I have never experienced such a customer service anywhere. Especially Asalanka and Dimender. They were soft spoken, clearly explained everything and was willing to help with anything. The people who work there is what makes the difference and is definitely a highlight of my Srilanka trip. Definitely Recommended 5 stars. "
