The property is quite far from the Udawalawe National Park - about 30 km or so. The directions are also unclear, even if you use googlemaps. The property is new and in great condition. However, there are things that could be better, especially the food. The bathroom has hot water though there is some water leakage. The hosts arranged two safaris for us which were both excellent; the driver picked us up directly from the accommodation and was very knowledgeable about the park. We had the car completely to ourselves as well. The hosts provided breakfast in the morning, and also gave us water bottles and coffees for the safaris. During our second day we were reading on the lovely terrace and the host even came up with a fresh mango for us which was delicious. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone - lovely hosts and a great space!"
