The amenities were thoughtful and top-notch and the swimming pool area was a perfect place to unwind, always with the best playlist in the background The food was truly amazing!! But above all, what made this experience unforgettable was the incredible staff. Every single person I encountered was polite, warm, and genuinely caring and friendly. Very clean and modern. Staff are all great - very helpful and willing to assist with anything you might need. The only issue is the restaurant - it’s very nice and the food is tasty but the menu could be a little more varied. Plus they ran out of several items on the (already limited) menu which made us eat out for the rest of the trip. LOADS of local places close by so that’s not a problem, and the hotel restaurant itself is really lovely, it just wasn’t great to find out they’ve run out of their signature meal (duck) two nights in a row, and had also run out of one of the two rice/carb options.
