Reserved pool view and was first given no pool view. After inquiring, and reminding them of my reservation they changed my room and gave me a pool view. My stay was for twelve nights. After eight, I was ready to move on from Ubud. When I notified the host I was leaving he offered me a small amount of cash, not even equivilent to one nights stay as a refund. I did not accept that since Expedia's refund policy clearly states a cancel or change fee equal to one nights stay is customary to charge for cancel or change. After contacting Expedia, I recieved an amount equal to two nights stay. That was more than three times what the host offered. I was dissapointed that the host would not offer the same. The rooms are a good size. However, our room did not have any toiletries, the mosquito netting did not go all the way across the top, so we used the only 2 towels provided across the top of the bed to complete.
