"We showed up late because that is when our flight came in and we could find no staff. No one was at the front, I called and could not get a hold of anyone. We started wandering around the hotel and calling out to get a hold of anyone. We finally opened an office and found a staff member asleep. It took some doing to wake her up. This took us 20 minutes to finally find her. After waking up, she took 20 more minutes to actually get into the system and get us a room. The reservation that we had was given away and we did not get the room we had reserved. We were then downgraded to a room with 2 double beds, when we had reserved a king bed. In the morning we tried to speak to a manager about our experience and there was no manager there. We left our information for the manager to reach out to us. They never did. The room we got was small and not great maintained. The breakfast was cheap. As an example the orange juice was clearly watered down and tasted awful. Probably the worst hotel we have visited."

"Excellent stay! We stayed for two nights while attending wedding festivities. Home is close to The Oaks making it very convenient to leave and return to let dogs have an outside break. Everything we needed in the home was available. Front yard made it a great place for our dogs to run. Also, home is at the end of a street, so very quiet and no thru traffic to worry about. "

"Used for family visiting for UNC graduation. Property is just as described. Four well-kept bedrooms, very clean. Plus an extra room to be used as needed. Main area with couch, chairs, breakfast table and bar area plus extra dining room. A lovely home in a cute neighborhood, close to food shopping and easy access to all parts of the area. Lots of amenities. Nice to sit in the screened-in sunroom and listen to the birds in the morning. We were able to cook and host a family brunch with the kitchen equipment there and we used the cooler in the garage when we needed to bring food to events. Communication was prompt and clear from Ryan. Thanks for a great stay!"
