As someone who is used to staying in upper scale hotels, I didn’t have any other option in the Tyler area so I booked this hotel. The property is dated, but very well maintained. The staff were excellent and the bar was lively and entertaining. I would stay again.

Our stay was a last minute decision. We will definitely stay here again. The room was clean and quiet. Lots of food options in the area. The only downside was that breakfast wasn't included. The night staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

I did not like that I chose this Hotel so I could watch the Soccer World Cup final in a Hotel Bar only to find out it is closed on Sunday. The next day it was open and the service was real bad. Room was very clean and comfortable.

The room smelled bad and was old and musty needs an update. I started coming for work and have tried a few different hotels. I would love to come back to this one, but I couldn't get past the horrible room. The pool is Great and the Breakfast was great. The staff were amazing in the bar area and restaurant. Love the Karaoke. I did come back for dinner and Karaoke the next week.
