Wow, what to say when everything is just not good. First, ordered a poolside room, got put on the 5th floor, bummed out 7 year old. What does the staff member say to me (with her AirPods in?) “oh sorry I can just cancel your reservation if you want”… at 7pm on a Saturday? Thanks for being SO helpful. Pool was generally under construction and/or broken. The hot tub had 1 working jet. Pool had dead bugs in it, looks like it was a bit since they last skimmed it. Bar area/food area was also completely out of commission. So I guess breakfast at the hotel is just coffee. Not everything was terrible. The room was clean, the AC worked and the water pressure was fantastic. Just every amenity outside of the room itself was beyond bad. Ugh. I won’t be staying here again, and for your choices in Grand Rapids, I wouldn’t have anyone else stay here either

I thought the property was fair but a very poor value. The rooms were dated, and there were cleanliness issues.
