Beach and Racquet A315 is condo at the Beach and Racquet Club located just a few steps from the pool and Tybee's North beach. This lovely condo unit has amazing views of the water, and of the pool area. Relax and unwind in the tranquil setting that has been completely updated with all new floors throughout, and professionally decorated to ensure a relaxing home away from home. This condo's furnished private top floor balcony has stunning views of the bay where you can sit and enjoy watching large cargo ships and shrimp boats sail by. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities including a full-size dishwasher. The living room has a Queen sleeper sofa, 32in flat-screen TV, and a CD player/radio. The bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and a 19 in flat-screen TV. The condo sleeps up to 4 and includes in-unit WIFI (Wireless Internet). Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). Parking for this condo is unreserved for 1 vehicle only. You will receive a parking pass at check-in. Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach, but no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, 14\`x20\` pool and 10x10\` kiddie pool, tennis courts, private parking, gated complex, WIFI access at the pool and Beach and Racquet office, and community coin-operated washer(s)/dryer(s) in each building. POOLS: Pools are currently open daily from Noon to 2:45 pm and 3:15-6 pm, with limited occupancy. (subject to change, based on HOA Guidelines). The view from the balcony was amazing. Most evenings you could see the dolphins playing in the calm water. The beach was never crowded, and the sunsets were incredible. Our check-in after hours was bumpy, as for some reason our packet with keys and parking pass were not in the pink box at the office as promised. Once we called the emergency number, someone came to the property and was able to assist us within 30 minutes. The proximity to the beach is amazing, as it is very close to our unit. My son and I rented an umbrella and chairs, as well as 2 bikes, from the local rental companies and that turned out great as well. While we enjoyed the pool, it had a substantial amount of black mold/mildew on the inside of the pool that was slimy and needs to be cleaned out. Other than that, our condo was clean and had all the kitchen amenities that you can think of. The bedroom was a little tight, but comfortable. Considering the age of the complex, I was very satisfied with our unit itself, as well as the location of the community on North Beach! ##### Mina H. Quiet (booked in January off-season), a balcony overlooking the water and a tennis court. It was a little slice of heaven for an introvert like me. Unfortunately an emergency came up and I had to leave early. But those 24-hours in that amazing condo did wonders for my soul. I will be back -- hopefully to stay longer the next time. Tybee island in itself is a beautiful place and so close to Savannah it makes it easy to enjoy. The food, the shopping and the night life as well as the crowd was amazing. The property is a bit old but is very clean. The condo has a perfect view, the pullout bed leaves much to be desired, if you weigh over 150 lbs I question if it will hold a person.
