The bedrooms and bathrooms had plenty of space without taking over the entire home. The kitchen was stocked with just about everything you could need - appliances, gadgets, everything to cook and serve a meal or just reheat the leftovers from amazing local restaurants.The host was very thorough with communication and check in/check out expectations. As moms, we all appreciated that the check-out process did not include having to strip beds or do laundry! She was also very accommodating to questions, responding quickly and thoughtfully. The parking was actually more plentiful than we expected. We were able to park three cars (two of which were large mom-mobile SUVs!) completely off the street. On a tiny island, that's pretty impressive.And yes, there were a few quirks to the home, but we all have those and it was nothing that we couldn't figure out quickly or accept as simply the charm of this lovely beach cottage.
