Rental was very nice except for 1 thing- the entry into the building was just not very accommodating- you had to have a key to get into the stairwell and a key to get into the garage and a key to use the elevator. With only having 1 set of keys- having adult children coming and going was a bit challenging. We have stayed at other places that had a key code for entry into the rental. It was so much easier. We had 5 kids 6 and under and were able to easily get to the beach/restaurants. The furniture is mostly glass (coffee table is giant glass not actually attached to the base) and the elevator cannot be locked off from being called up by a child touching the button. Floors needed scrubbed better before our baby could crawl around but otherwsie it was very clean. We had a minor issue with a door not opening correctly-no biggie- they fixed it about 5 mins after I called which was awesome.
