Chatham Charm is beautiful and the 3 screened porches were a hit with my 4-year old grandson. It is a great location in regards to the beach on the intracoastal, which we term "Little Tybee". Unfortunately we had to be relocated to a different rental. Joy was very responsive about finding one in less than 24-hours. We appreciate her attentiveness to the situation. While we ended up further from the beach, the second rental, Blue Moon Cottage, was clean, the beds very comfortable and the decor adorable. The location is very convenient and an easy walk to the pier and all the shops and restaurants. The home was very clean and well stocked. And the porches! Oh, the beautiful porches! They were our favorite place to hang out, especially the back porch with the bed swing! House is so beautiful inside and out! The only problems we're minor: ripped screens, a little trash in the yard, and the porch floors were really dirty. But we still loved the three giant screened in porches with the swings.
