While your unit is not affected, guests may occasionally hear construction noise from nearby.\* Dolphin Watch 4 is a beautifully updated, first-floor corner unit condo with breathtaking ocean views and a perfect location for exploring all that Tybee Island offers! Located on the happening South-end of the island, guests will love the condo’s proximity to the beach and local shops, restaurants, and landmarks. Kick back on the condo’s balcony with a morning cup of coffee to enjoy stunning sunrises and pristine early-morning views of the Tybee Island Pier and Pavilion. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, Dolphin Watch 4 is the ideal condo for a small family vacation or friend’s trip getaway. The living area features an open floor plan that opens up to the balcony through the glass doors, which provides plenty of natural light and makes the condo feel spacious. Guests can enjoy beach views from nearly every seat in the house! Enjoy relaxing on the couch, which acts as a queen-sized sleeper sofa, while watching your favorite shows on the wall-mounted, 75-inch Smart TV. The condo’s seaside chic decor extends into the dining area, which features a dining table with seating for 6\. The fully-equipped kitchen is airy with a great breakfast bar with bar stool seating for 3, updated appliances, and a brand-new granite countertop. The in-unit washer and dryer are located just off of the hallway. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a king-sized bed and large flat-screen TV and has direct access to the balcony. That way, you can easily enjoy the fantastic views from the ample outdoor seating or the comfort of your bed! The attached bathroom has dual vanity sinks, a tub and shower combination, and a large closet. Bedroom 2 also features a king-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom 3 has two twin-sized beds; these two bedrooms share the hall bathroom with a tub and shower combination. The balcony is one of the best aspects of the condo and features six bar-height Adirondack chairs that make enjoying the beach views a breeze. Additionally, there is an outdoor dining table with seating for 8, which makes enjoying a meal with family and friends all the better. This condo is the perfect setting to enjoy a Tybee Island vacation. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). There are two covered, reserved parking spaces in the garage for regular-sized vehicles. Note: Parking garages are very tight and may be too small for large vehicles. Consequently, the carpet looked like it had been just recently cleaned. There were no stains on the bedroom floors. The bathrooms were spotless, and we were ready to enjoy the condo as soon as we checked in. The cleanliness of our condo exceeded our expectations. The beds were very comfortable, the view from the wrap-around deck was just as advertised. This was a spectacular view of the ocean. The hi-chairs on the deck made it easy to enjoy the sounds of the ocean all day and night. Dolphin Watch is a hidden gem, and honestly, we didn't want to leave it. Just for the record, this is from a male perspective. I made the reservation, and I knew what I was getting from the quality of the reviews listed, and the photos that were advertised. Great food within walking distance. For those future travelers who are looking for a quick get-away, and a safe clean place to stay, Dolphin Watch is highly recommended. We are going back in the spring and will probably make this an annual tradition for our family. Check-in was just putting the code in the door, and you are in. The kitchen table could easily seat 8 family members. Consequently, all our meals were enjoyed on the deck. We just could not get enough of the ocean air. I will be frank; this is the best beach vacation we have ever had. It was a bit pricey, but it was worth every dollar we spent. My family is still talking about this trip to Tybee. I wanted to drink coffee and watch the sun rise over the ocean. This place was perfect for that! Beach front, great larger place with the 3 rooms and the 2 baths. We are a family of four (dad, mom and two young adult children). The location was great, very short walk and easy walk to the beach. The condo was so pretty! I want whoever decorated it to decorate my house. The rental was managed by Tybee Vacation Rentals and they were fabulous! The only hiccup was our 20 year old daughter got stung pretty bad by a jellyfish on day one. Needless to say every time we went in the water we were scared. Make sure to have vinegar with you in case the lifeguards are not on duty. Lucky for us they were and they spayed her with vinegar to try to deactivate the stinging. If you drive, the parking garage is very tight, which they warn you about. This condo is very close to Savannah so we went there to eat and explore a few days. I highly recommend taking a trolley tour to learn about the history of Savannah. When I booked this condo it didn't have many reviews so I was nervous but we really enjoyed our stay and the rental company was wonderful. Great location, decorated by a pro, and wonderful and friendly service from the rental company. ##### Mandy D.
