One of our brand new Tybee Island vacation rentals is the Dolphin Dance property. This property perfectly complements any Tybee beach vacation with its solitude and simple beauty. You get the best of island living with river views from the decks andaccess to a private beach from the property. The house sleeps 11 in three bedrooms and a loft, with two bathrooms, which helps you have a lot of flexibility in your vacation party and plans. This great property among Tybee Island family home rentals also has a four-car garage, large porch with tons of space for outdoor seating, huge kitchen, breakfast bar, two living spaces, flat screen TVs in every room, and a master bedroom with balcony.  
  
The simplicity and stark beauty of Dolphin Dance presents itself immediately upon entering. The white tiles and soft-hued walls have a clean look to them that is ideal for beach living. First, in the dining room is a table for eight in front of floor to ceiling windows leading to the veranda. Nearby is one of the living areas with plenty of seating and a TV. The huge gourmet kitchen is also right at hand, with stainless steel appliances, miles of counter space for anything you want to cook, and all the courtesy appliances such as a coffee maker and microwave. There is also a breakfast bar with five stools for extra seating at dinner or a casual breakfast or snack. Out on the veranda, you'll find seating and a small dining table for two. From the veranda walk out onto the sun deck where you can enjoy eating or just relaxing while watching the large ships leaving the river for the open sea. The ground level patio hosts the grill and more seating, not to mention a great view of the marshes. From the patio is access to a long boardwalk leading to the beach.  
  
The bedrooms of Dolphin Dance are all well-appointed with ceiling fans, simple white decor and the occasional beach scene. Right up the wrought iron-railed staircase is a large loft-area living space with seating and a TV. The loft also sleeps 4 between two twin beds and two trundle beds. Also upstairs, the master bedroom has its own balcony, offering more river views.  
  
There is no shortage of things to do on your Tybee beach vacation. Besides taking advantage of island activities, you can also make the short trip to historic downtown Savannah for even more things to see and do. Southern Belle Pool  
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island. The Pool is open during the below dates and times.  
March 1- Oct 31, Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm  
November 1 - February 28, Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm  
Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.  
⁃Day Before Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving Day and the Day after Thanksgiving  
⁃Day Before Christmas, Christmas Day and The Day After Christmas  
⁃Day Before New Years, New Years Day, and the Day after New Years  
⁃Day Before MLK Day, MLK Day and the Day After MLK Day  
  
Guests with Pets
