Need a Latitude Adjustment? Then this newly renovated, South Tybee Duplex apartment is just what you need! Located on the South end business direct of Tybee Island, convenient to everything you need. There's no need to fight for a Summer parking place when you have such a perfect location! Park and walk to the beach, local restaurants, shops, and nightlife, all within a 1 block radius. You can also rent bikes to explore the island even more. This is also a great location for annual events like the 4th of July, Tybee Island Pirate Fest, and more. The open plan living space offers comfortable and brand new furnishings, a large flat-screen Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to grab a quick bite before heading out to a day at the beach or cooking a full dinner for the family. The backyard has a small courtyard with a gas grill for cooking out and is fully fenced in. The first 2 bedrooms are furnished with a King size bed and a Smart flatscreen TV. Each bedroom shares the bathroom that has a tub and shower combination. The third bedroom is furnished with 2 double beds. There is off-street parking for 2 vehicles in the back of the duplex. Wifi is available. This home is pet-friendly for one adult dog under 50lbs, additional fee applies. Pets must be on a leash, as the backyard is not fenced. We were disappointed that there were no staples such as salt or oil, so we had to go shopping, but it was not too much of an issue due to convenience store was just down the street. We did it feel safe because we had to prop a heavy cooler against the door to put a little pressure on it. The shower head and caddy are very nasty, the tub doesn't drain well.
