The view from our balcony was very nice and peaceful until the new tenants arrived the day after we did. The problem, and it was a problem, is they smoked continually!!!! We don't smoke and evidently the property is a No Smoking property area although you can smoke on the balcony. So, if you're not a smoker you may need to take this into consideration. We did speak to management and they informed us that there is a NON SMOKING property that they list . Our other issue that we did address was the "bug" problem in the unit. ##### Glenn H. It's tough to see in pictures, but the boardwalk is short and it's a very short walk to the river water. From the boardwalk it's about a 10 min walk around the bend to where the river opens into the ocean. Each window of the condo offers beautiful views of the water. There's a fair amount of noise because the condo is located near the boardwalk entrance, showers and pool. We we only there a few days but all were wonderful Beautiful views of the water and we were able to see the dolphins! We loved the sunsets.. Stunning!! Perfect for a couple. Very quaint and location and view were perfect. The only downside for my husband and myself was the stairs involved to get to second floor. There is an elevator but it is at the complete other end of the building and a very long walk from one end to the other. Also stairs to get up TO the elevator. Other than that, it was very nice!
