You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park which has a wonderful playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA. This great mid-island location is within a short walk of several popular restaurants. This spacious Townhome includes 2 levels of living space, with a garage below. The 2nd level of the townhome greets you with all new glass sliding doors that open to the beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean. The open floor plan has all new hardwood flooring. The living area includes a brand new sectional sofa with a Queen sleeper, 55in Smart TV. The furnished balcony has stunning views of the ocean, just off the living room. The dining area includes a table that seats up to 8 and there are 4 stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has been completely renovated and includes brand new custom cabinetry, Quartz countertops, and brand new Stainless Steel appliances for preparing delicious meals during your vacation. Also located on the 2nd floor is a guest bedroom (bedroom 3) furnished with 2 extra long Twin beds that will convert to a California King-size bed, a 32in flat-screen TV mounted on the wall. The hall bathroom has brand new vanities and fixtures. The third floor is home to two bedrooms. Two beautiful decks with great views. Well appointed . comfortable bedding. Management was professional. The unit was perfectly clean. Would highly recommend for a family vacation. I loved Tybee Island it was our first visit and we will be back. Some advice for future renters they did not provide beach towels so we did bring our own. Also there are no beach chairs in the unit so we used Berks beachfront rentals and they place chairs and umbrellas for us up for a fee every day. There is a conveniently located beach shop with just about anything you need across the street . Also has indoor parking in the garage with the outdoor shower which is very convenient. The condo was clean and there was plenty of room for our family of 4\. Views of the Atlantic from both floors and a backyard exit right to the ocean. Pool area was nice but pools were small. On property restaurant was very good. Really only downside was that a garage door opener was not provided with rental, so someone had to manually close the garage each time. We were not happy with the fact that the elevator wasn’t working. This was a major selling point and the main reason I chose this property. We were traveling with three senior citizen, one of whom struggles greatly with stairs. They offered to move us to a different location but couldn’t tell us where it would be. We decided to stay at this condo anyway figuring that things happen and you adjust. But upon reading the guestbook on the coffee table, we found out the elevator is broken a lot. This should be reflected in the advertisement. We would have booked a different location had we known. I would NOT recommend this condo to anyone NEEDING an elevator. The property management Tybee Vacation Rentals, gave us $50 in a gift card to the deck for our inconvenience but that didn’t make it any easier for my senior mother to climb the stairs. ##### Allison T. Unfortunately there was a major beachfront repair project happening directly in front of our Condos that was scheduled to be finished before we arrived. It was not. And we were not advised when we made the reservation. There were huge heavy equipment loaders moving piles of giant pipes from the beach in front of us onto 18 wheel trucks lined up, motors running waiting in the alley directly beside us. It literally looked like they were going to swing the big pipes thru our glass doors ! And they started with the very loud backup beep- beep- beeps at 6:30am ! We did call TBR about this and they were very apologetic, but it was the “Town” at work and they had been given bad info on the end date. We also had issues with 2 of the TV’s which TBR tried to help with, but again it was someone else’s issue, this time the cable company, which we later understood was an issue all the time, all over the island. Normally you’re not at the beach to watch TV but it was February, cold, rainy and Super Bowl weekend. TBR, the rental agency was a bit frustrated with us at first, but then they really did try to help out. We ended up leaving a day early and they credited us our payment for that night. Weather was absolutely perfect! Wave activity was just right for kids of all ages. Loved being next to The Deck in order to grab a quick meal or drink. There was trash outside our property on the way to the beach, cigarette butts, soda cans, etc. We had three encounters when the owner came to our property. We were asked to allow workers to come to the property during our stay for repairs. Three pools were advertised however the biggest pool was closed for at least two days of our stay. So we had a one foot kiddie pool to swim in and a very small four foot pool. My kids could not jump in the pool or swim without running into someone. Very disappointing, we will not be back or recommend this property. ##### heidi h. Verified ### 8/10 Good #### Sandy V. Apr 10, 2019 #### beautiful place to stay in Tybee the townhome was very clean, beautifully furnished and decorated and had everything we needed. The only items that we noticed were the lightbulbs appeared to be all out in the garage, so none of the switches worked. Also, the elevator in the unit was broken and there was a power wire hanging down from the attic to the elevator swagging in front of the washer and dryer. One side of the toaster was not working either. These are very minor issues and easy to fix. Otherwise the location was great, the beach was right there and everything else we needed was walking distance or a short drive away. Thank you for sharing your lovely home! ##### Sandy V.
