New Property! Wrens Nest is a picturesque mid-island home located just a short walk from Tybee's Memorial Park and a short 2 blocks from Tybee Island's magnificent Mid-Island beaches. Recently renovated and updated, guests will appreciate the attention to detail throughout this 2600 square-foot home, with artistic accents and luxurious interior spaces. The cool, coastal design palette is guaranteed to wow even the most refined guests, with elegant furniture, gorgeous bedrooms, custom-designed bathrooms, a ground-level full suite including a full kitchen, bedroom, and living area, great for those seeking some privacy from the rest of the group. When you walk into the main living area on the second floor, you'll be met by a bright sunroom with conversational seating and a large TV. Step into the elegant living room, which features a plush sofa and a large 75-inch smart TV, as well as coastal artwork and beautiful details. The open kitchen and eating space invite you in and create a conversational area, which is likely to be a focal point for all of the day's events. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, with a 6-burner gas range and everything you need to prepare delicious meals to serve at the spacious table for eight. The three bedrooms on this floor have been meticulously designed to give a restful night's sleep. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with distinctive tile work and lovely accessories. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have King-size beds and Smart TVs beds, while Bedroom 3 has a Queen-size bed and a Smart TV. The ground-floor bedroom suite, dubbed the "Orange Blossom Express," pays homage to everything Florida - orange juice, palm trees, and sunshine. This comfortable living space is an ideal Mother-in-Law Suite, as it has a comfortable sleeper sofa, a large Smart TV, and a full kitchen with a gas range, dishwasher, and full-size refrigerator as well as a Queen bedroom with a private bath and a convenient washer and dryer. The 1 bedroom apartment suite is great for traveling guests who want their own space, while still staying with the rest of the gang. This home is in an ideal location to experience everything Tybee Island has to offer, as it is only two blocks to the beach and steps from Tybee's Memorial Park. With tennis courts, volleyball courts, a children's playground, and open leisure grounds, Memorial Park invites families. Stroll to various eateries and bring or rent bikes while you're here. Tybee's bike bath will be accessible from Memorial Park – the greatest way to experience Tybee is on two wheels. There is a gas grill for cooking out. Private parking for up to four cars. I had lots of family from Wisconsin visiting, so this was the perfect low country beach cottage experience. The place is loaded with charm, and comfy little seating nooks, so everyone can spread out and relax. Everyone said "wow" as they first came in the door, so I knew I had picked a winner! Bedrooms and bathrooms are filled with light, clean and are newly renovated. The ping-pong and outdoor seating and grilling area was a huge plus. Absolutely lovely experience. ##### Debbie R.
