I was extremely disappointed that no one really cared that the pool security gate blew open and BANGED & BANGED all night long the entire time we were there. I reported it to both the owner & management. Management continued to tell me it was the wind. We have a pool and it wasn't the wind. The magnatized lock would not stay secure. It would close and within 3 minutes be unsecure with no entry though it. I also feel that rthe place was not clean enough. The floors were extremely dirty and my white socks are no longer white. That meant every morning starting around 7:30, we were woken up by the constant opening and closing of the door and the noise from people going in and out.
