We had a studio room in the Harbour side complex. The room was very small, i would have thought that for the price we paid, it would have been better set up.
Everything you organised for me was good standard

Great location for walkability to beach and lots of dining & shopping options. The time zone literally splits the property right in half, so your phone will often catch signals from one zone or the other. My room felt extremely old & dated and in need of renovation. If you're in the South tower it's a very long walk to the lobby/entry. There are no nice general public spaces to go other than the pool & restaurant. Close to airport is good. My room was billed as having a view, but it was only if you look far to one side you could see part of the harbor - but otherwise it was all ugly alleyways and rooftops, including loud garbage truck noise. Overall I would recommend paying more to get a better building - Mantra was not worth the cost savings.

Very outdated, very poor aircon in the rooms, dirty carpets, and very limited amenities in the rooms in terms of towels, tissues, bins etc. I would not stay here again.

We had no water one day and no information about what was happening or why was filtered to guests - the queue at reception indicated many guests were impacted.
An announcement of some sort should have been made given water supply is an essential service and guests should have been offered a complimentary breakfast or some sort of compensation.
We will think twice before booking here again due to the lack of communication.

The room was very pleasant and the amenities and location was great. It was less desirable that we had 2 single beds pushed together to make our one bed and the right side of the bed closest to the window was saggy and not flat which caused my partner discomfort. I also reported to front desk that the vending machine inbetween reception and the tower we stayed at, took my $3.50 and did not give me my product, she advised a manager would ring me and I didn’t receive a call. Everything else was good

The staff including the manager were rude, arrogant , and treated us as they did another customer like trash. The whole place , especially the rooms were so poorly cleaned that if we had of had the extra money we would have forfeited our $289 plus $200 bond and stay elsewhere. We paid $200 bond but they said would be returned in about 3 days. It’s only been 2 days so we will see.

Such a great location to walk to the shopping centre and over the inside bridge to Twin Towns .We enjoyed using all the facilities e.g. mini golf, indoor and outdoor pools & spa and especially the buffet breakfast presented so well each morning.

The staff were all friendly and approachable. Location is great.
The room I stayed in was definitely in need of an update. The bathroom was in good condition but all of the personal hygiene containers were empty. The sliding door was heavy and got stuck a few times and there is a leak from the balcony above on to mine that should be checked as it's causing cancer in the concrete.
Overall, I had a great stay and would come back again and recommend it to friends.

The bathroom clearly needed a revamp with mould and filthy grout in the shower.
The a/c return in the bathroom was very noisy too.
A great location. It was a bonus to have free parking. Close proximity to the RSL club with great food. It was a bit confusing which of the twin towns we were in. We went to the wrong apartment level from the carpark lift. Maybe more signs ir directions from the reception
Way too much noise from renovations.. which are played down when booking. Its actually jackhammering which resonates through whole tower for hours on end
