The property is located in a neighborhood with primarily older, tenured property owners. The area is quiet and private. It is within walking distance of the campus eatery that is located at the main gates on campus next door to the campus bookstore and novelty shop. It is located next to the Tuskegee University athletic fields and courts. When these events occur, they can be seen and heard from this location. Enjoy the mellow tunes of the Crimson Piper Band. You will need your own transportation for anything off campus. I booked the home for my son who is attending college at Tuskegee. He wanted to go early to work out with the football team before the season started.
