« We rented this property for 2 weeks. It was part vacation/visit son at Auburn/work remotely part time. The rental was very clean. It was a bit closer to the owners home than we expected (this was the reason for the couple of 4 stars) but they did a great job of making it as private as possible. « Would have loved to be right on the water. Was led to believe you were close. It was not a far walk but for a handicapped person, it was a trek. Also, this cabin when they say there is an office upstairs, they did not say there was an open window only closed by a barn door style closure. We could hear the phone conversation of the manager in the office. Although only a short time that we were there while office was open, we may have requested another cabin if we had known. »

« We were in town for an admitted student tour and appointments with advisors. We wanted to be in the "heart of downtown" and the location of this cottage was perfect. It was an easy few block walk to shops, restaurants, and the university. We also loved that it had a monitored/dedicated parking lot behind the unit so we never had to worry about parking. « It is a SCAM!! We got all the required information before our stay. Got to the house 30 mins early. Never received a code to get in & host wouldn’t answer the phone. Was on the phone and on the property for 3 hours trying to fix the issue. VRBO wouldn’t refund the $ or find us a different place to stay. They were ZERO help. Do NOT rent this house or use VRBO!! »
