"After driving 6 hours in the rain I learn upon checking in, that the hotel where I was supposed to have a reservation had overbooked and I did NOT have a room reserved. I was very tired and very disappointed. "

"I had an 4am check out and I believe his name was Mr. Brian King. The front desk person was on lunch and Mr. King was manning the desk and helped me get out of the parking area and allowed me back to my room to get a jacket that i left in the closet. Don't believe that was his job but handled both situations with professionalism!"

"This place is run down, dirty, and loud. The furniture is from the 90’s and the pull out couch is like sleeping on a torture rack. We found several items in our room that seemed to have been left by former guests, and other signs of haphazard cleaning. There was a very loud party going on downstairs in the ballroom with bass so loud we could feel it until after 10 PM! And the hotel staff didn’t warn us or seem to care. The breakfast was mediocre and the pool was nothing special. Hard pass."

"Dump! A/c did not work. TV did not work. Couch in room looked like a homeless colony had been sleeping on it. Front desk girl had the worst attitude. "
