This place was $319 a night on an Alabama game day night. The person working the desk was rude when we got in at 10:30 or so. We put her out making her work it seems. It was pretty nasty. The bed squeaked. The refrigerator compressor made a loud noise all night. You can hear people through the walls. Smelled strong like cigarettes and weed. You can hear people outside. The floor was dirty. There was no shampoo. There was a paper sack with a goody bag that had old Halloween candy in it. Very sad situation if you have to stay there.

This property is over priced a doesn't offer pot's or pan's during your stay there is an additional charge for them and $2.00 for clean towels while you stay. There is no daily house keeping or cleaning being done usless you stay 14 days or more... Rooms walls dirty bathroom dirty bedside tables dirty refrigerator dirty sink stove and microwave dirty tub dirty base borads dirty. When guest check out room should be clean with great detail.

I had to lay a layer of bug spray down. There are roaches here. After I finally got to sleep after making it safe for us, I woke up to 3 roaches dead from me spraying the boarders of the room. The hallways from the entrance smell of weed and cigarette. The hallway of the first floor had cigarette smoke coming from one doorway. Please wear shower shoes before getting in the shower. There's mold and hair left in there. Clean the shower before you take a shower. I can go on about how bad this place is. I'm not just saying this. It's just that bad.

This hotel is intended for people who are in need of living quarters for weeks or months. It was graduation weekend in Tuscaloosa so everyplace else was booked or $350 a night. I was grateful to be able to stay here to avoid sleeping in my car. The front desk is open from 3pm-10pm. The desk staff were courteous.

Bed was extremely small and uncomfortable. Dead roach on floor in room. There was a sunken in place in the floor that when you stepped on it you felt like you might fall through.

We rented 2 rooms with 2 queen size beds in each. The beds were actually full size and very uncomfortable. We specifically rented extended stay so that we had the kitchens. One location had not received kitchen sets to rent out. The other location we didn’t even try. Our last location in Alabama had a hole in the bathroom door and a nasty greasy looking handprint on the wall on the inside of the bathroom behind the door.

Couple of dead bugs in floor. Very small uncomfortable double beds. Leaking shower faucet that kept bath floor splashed wet. No amenities.
This is one of the worse places I have ever said at... We had to wait 30 mins for the clerck to show up.
She came out of a customers room reeking of pot and high as hell.
The elavators was the same way smelled like a pot. The beds are not comfortable at all and then walls are paper thin.. The location is not easy to find and its way over priced
I was ghetto as hell!!! Last place to stay and they overbooked and I didn’t get a room. Phones broke in lobby. Has to find a room at midnight an hour away
First the floor was dirty and also bugs in the floor and then last day before check out time the throw my stuff in the fridge without ask or consent I told them and they said ok I’ll take care and that’s it horrible place to stay
Okay I will not be going back due there was roaches crawling you had to turn in your towel to get clean ones you had to check out the iron and iron board and there was no ice machine and yes I report the bugs

Corridors and the inside of the room strongly smelling smoke! My wife has asthma and had a terrible time during the night. Nobody from the staff there at night to attend us. Nobody at the front desk at 9am either for our check-out. The worst hotel I’ve ever been!
This hotel re-define the term- "The Roach Motel." Roaches everywhere!!! My wife and had to unpack our luggage to get the roaches out; plus, we had to shake our clothes. I will never ever stay at another facility with name "Wood Spring" attached
Room looks nothing like the picture . Bed was a spring board and cheap mattress horrible . They got roaches and the stench of weed and smoke throughout the entire hotel . And like that wasn’t enough the a/c wouldn’t cool off the room kept it on 60 the entire time I was there and never got it comfortable much less cool and the hot water didn’t work which I figured out the knob was installed backwards so it got hit when on cold setting . Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at wouldn’t recommend to anyone not even as a joke to be mean it’s that bad ….

Room was not cleaned from the previous quest. Trash cans full of food and trash. No soap. Beds and lien dirty with hairs. Hair on towel and tub. Room was nasty. Front desk stated that was the only room available.

This was by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in in Tuscaloosa. I booked for a smoking room online when I got to the hotel the front desk attendant said there were no longer any smoking rooms available AFTER booking a smoking room online. I gets up to my room as soon as I turn the light on I see a roach. I didn’t even get to put my things down , as I turned and looked around there were roaches everywhere. All in the sink, all over the floor, all over the walls. I was too scared to even check the sheets after that! I was completely disgusted. I left the room, immediately called hotels.com to discuss my refund I tells the lady at the front desk the reason I want my refund because there are roaches everywhere and she’s not even surprised! Then the lady at the front desk calls the manager for instructions on how to process the refund and she goes “the guest is complaining about the roaches” ???? It’s like they know the hotel has roaches and it doesn’t bother them one bit! I’m sure this isn’t their first time getting this complaint. Pictures online are truly a scam. This hotel is nasty and disgusting! DO NOT RECOMMEND

The nastiest hotel I have ever been.
Floors were nasty and dirty, the kitchenette was nasty, the bathroom was disgusting. I don't think the room has been cleaned since a long time ago. I wanted my money back and leave the hotel but there was no one at the lobby after 10pm. I do not recommend this hotel.

Can't believe I paid so much! Busy weekend and not many choices, and they took advantage of that to raise their daily rates. Bring your own soap, tolerate the smell, don't expect anything, and come to terms that a soft, lumpy, worn-out bed MAY be slightly better than just sleeping in your car...

Room was filthy. Bugs on the floor. Looking like part of the floor in the kitchen was caving in. Microwave door was broken and won’t completely so the light would not turn off without unplugging it. Shower had zero water pressure making taking a shower impossible. Door on the cabinet was completely missing. Bed had stains and smelt moldy.

Did not enjoy my stay. The front office had a difficult time navigating there system to check in guest. When asked about our room we were given short answers with no explanation other than “system is new”. Our room had an old refrigerator covered in rust. No coffee pot anywhere in the building or room! The parking lot was littered with trash. My guess is you get what you paid for. At least have coffee! I do not recommend this hotel.

We stayed at woodsprings Tuscaloosa after a night football game so that we didn’t have to drive 2 hours home. We decided next time, we’ll drive the 2 hours.

The bed was so uncomfortable my back and neck hurt the next morning did NOT sleep at all the floor was sticky and nasty the toilet was completely loose. Guy at check in was not friendly at all….. I was very disappointed so we definitely won’t be back. I’ve never stayed somewhere this bad before

Bed bugs every where! First room didn’t have any linen including no sheets on the bed with bed bugs crawling on the walls and the 2nd room was the same. No waste your money here.

Terrible! This hotel was filthy from the parking lot to the room. Shady characters lurking about outside and didn’t feel safe. The odor was unbearable. I would have left but it was late at night with no other vacancies available. Not even an ice machine or coffee available. The absolute worst hotel experience ever!

My overall experience was nice. The frint desk cleek was awesome. Inspite of roaches, the room was decent. People need ro learn how to bring thwor own sheets, towels, etc!!!!

It reaked so much of cigarettes. It wasn’t even clean. I had to wait 15 before someone came up check us in. And then the sheets had a large dry white stain. I have kids ages 10 months and 4. This is definitely not ok. The cards stopped working to go in the room the next day. Again had to call a 1-800 number to get someone to go to the front desk and wait another 10-15 mins. To check out you put the cards in a box. I would not stay here again. It looked great outside but once inside was a no go. Also there was lots of men drinking alcohol outside with loud music.
