I should’ve gone with my gut and never checked in when upon arrival I found the exterior nothing like the photo exterior needed painting landscape maintenance iron fence around parking lot indicated to me an unsafe situation is especially for a female traveling alone after checking in and realizing the bedroom Which is so basic I felt like a limited stay for individuals was their intent. I checked out after 20 min and had to pay $170 dollars to do so. Front desk had limited English communication skills. NO coffee service in room.

Overall condition of the property was poor, we were there for gradation weekend so paid more than usual but it was not close to what I would consider reasonable for this property

Context is important in thinking about this property. this is a high value hotel and in that view it is very good Management is friendly and tries hard. Limited breakfast and amenities. Basic and clean place to stay especially with the high cost of places on event weekends

The gentleman at the front desk really took care of me. The hotel breakfast was great too. Check in wasn't too difficult and checkout was just as easy. If i needed stay at hotel again or had family coming into town id recomend this place.

I went into my room and they didn't clean it. I mean the staff took out all the beddings and towels, but for some reason didn't clean the room.

Check in is always easy and the room is fairly clean. My only complaint is that its a little noisy at times but its not overbearing.

Very good for the price. The only obvious disadvantage was the non-water-proof shower curtain, so in fact you cannot use overhead spray without spilling all water on the floor of bathroom.

Carpets need to be cleaned, not just vaccumed
Carpets are clean to the eye but after seeing bottom of the baby's feet after walking bare footed, we all wore shoes or socks when not in bed or bath.
