"It may not be a 5 star hotel, but it's a good price ($100/night) for what you get. A lot is packed into this little rental. Full kitchen with pots, pans, utensils. Comfy bed. Dark & quiet. I slept great! Could use a little maintenance & the grounds are not very attractive, but, again great place to crash after a long hike."

Williams
8.0 out of 10, Very good, (1 review)
"The pictures on this listing must be from a model unit they keep in great condition, because our unit was fairly worn and not as pristine, and did not include the same furniture as the photos. But it was clean enough (light staining on sheets and walls, etc.), and for the price we were happy with it. There were a few minor inconveniences, such as, they didn't have fitted sheets on the bed (so they'd slide off), you can't turn the AC lower than 70, the shower heads were making high-pitched noises...

Williams
5.4 out of 10, (3 reviews)
"We enjoyed the quiet location and the beds were comfortable. We were surprised that there was only 1 sink, in the kitchen. A few things could easily be fixed to make it feel more comfortable…a loose toilet seat, a toilet paper holder falling off the wall, a wobbly table. Overall, though, the tiny home was a good place for us to rest after our days at the Grand Canyon. "
