Spectacular! 100% recommended
Absolutely spectacular! This hotel is AMAZING! The rooms are so well updated and taken care of! Breakfast is an actual full breakfast with eggs and fruits, and lattes and everything! Staff goes above and beyond! Very very very tourist friendly! It was the perfect hotel!

Lovely hotel, pleasantly surprised on arrival. Beautiful view from our window over the river. Staff very helpful even when daughter lost her teddies and they held on to them so we could collect them later. Very helpful staff. Breakfast selection was good. Only comment was the aircon wasn’t working. However, it looked like a new chiller was being fitted so it was just timing on our visit. Reception kindly provided a fan which helped.

Great stay
Room very very modern...everthing you need for a perfect stay ie kettle..tv..big comfy clean bed and room...loved this place...receptionist was so so lovely and friendly..breakfast fabulous looking over the river...would stay here again.plus free parking really helps.

I have stayed here 5 times, the staff are friendly, the breakfast is good, and it is conveniently located for where i need to be . Woukd thoroughky recommend.

Comfortable and clean hotel with buffet breakfast
Conveniently located just outside of Turin. Although when we researched on the app by filtering free parking, there is actually only free street parking. If you want to park on the property it will cost you 7€ extra. The breakfast was well done with a good variety and also catered for vegans. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

Sleepless in Moncalieri
A great location for the business district of Moncalieri. A great dinner, but fortunate to have dinner offered because of a coincidental members only dinner evening. The room was large and well appointed. Bathroom facilities a little dated. Breakfast wasn't great with a limited variety of choices and the usual dry scrambled eggs in buffet servers. The night's sleep was constantly interrupted by the comings and goings of other residents, but this was compounded with paper-thin walls which were unable to contain the general conversations and activities of the occupants. Staff are very helpful and friendly, although we struggled to communicate in English, which is understandable when you're in Italy, but this is an 'International' hotel.

The walls were not soundproof and you could hear everything from the rooms on both sides. This disturbed my sleep. Everything else was great.

Family for here for one night.
We were a family of 5 (3 young kids under 6) here for one night only. We were looking for a stopover near Turin. For a 3 star, it was of great value. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Free parking in front of the hotel with €5 a night for gated parking. We were given a double bed and a bunk bed for the two kids. We asked and were given a cot bed for the infant (free of charge). The room was fine and modern. It was clean throughout. The breakfast was continental. No issues. The hotel actually had a spa but I don’t think it was working when we were there. It also had a gym but we didn’t use it.

great hotel for location to a lovely Italian town
facilities were 3.5 * rather than 4 the gym has no cleaning down facilities or water provision which i feel is a let down although easily remedied room was very close to reception and due to doors being left open was quite noisy in the morning suggestion would be to ask for a room away from reception staff very friendly and helpful generally breakfast was good but service was reactive rather than proactive for replenishing stock great location for getting into turin by train rooms extremely clean and well kept there is a cost for a safe car park off road which you really need we would use te hotel again without hesitation i would use the hotel again

Good hotel, close to the river Po but far from the city center. Rooms are a bit small and there is a step to get to the shower. The food is excellent and the service is great, total very good hotel.

Beatiful Hotel with air conditioning!!
We stay at La Darsena every time we visit Moncalieri and we just love this hotel. The rooms are great and clean, breakfast is spectacular, and staff is very friendly. We always stay in June and air conditioning is a must when you don't get it most of the day.

A nice room on the Po
Excellent hotel. Original room offered had a smell of smoke thanks to the previous guests, but offered an alternative quickly and without fuss (and to the far preferable river side of the hotel, away from the road). Nice breakfast, fabulous staff.

My luggage did not arrive and Ms. Jessica at the front desk was very helpful in calling and speaking to the baggage claim company and local pharmacy for requesting the prescription medicine without any prescription. This was possible only because she could explain the circumstances in local language.

Air Conditioning in Italy
This hotel was excellent and not having air condition last year when staying in June made me appreciate it even more. The staff is extremely friendly and english speaking as well. Excellent cleaning service everyday and the breakfast is fantastic!! Great place to stay, I'd recommend to anyone!

First visit to Italy. On way north from Riviera.
Shower had a lot of black mold on it. Room was suppose to have a queen and single bed for 3 adults, but the single was a small bunk bed. Breakfast was very good as was the staff.
