« L'accueil est excellent, on se fait contacter par téléphone avant même l'arrivée. Les informations fournies sont claires, l'anglais est bien parlé. La propreté est exemplaire. En 10-15 à pied, en passant par le parc municipal de la ville de Banska Bystrica, on arrive au centre de cette ville très agréable à vivre. Les habitants sont partout très accueillants.
