Casa Yaam is a beautiful quaint little house perfect for a couple. It is located close to restaurants and grocery stores should you need to run a quick errand. Comes with all the necessary items one would expect to use on a trip. Private pool, terrace with hammock and an outdoor dining table, surrounded by lush greenery. Complimentary concierge service and two bicycles are available.  
  
The Space:  
Welcome to your cozy retreat in the heart of downtown Tulum! This charming 1-bedroom house is ideal for a tranquil getaway, offering a private pool with a sun lounger and a serene sitting area. The terrace, surrounded by lush plants and trees, is perfect for relaxing in a hammock or enjoying meals at the dining table.  
  
Inside, you'll find a comfortable bedroom with a queen-size bed, a safe, and a closet for your convenience. The full bathroom features stylish wood deck finishes, a toilet, and a sink.  
  
The living room offers a cozy sofa bed, perfect for an additional guest, and a dining table for four. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, French press for coffee, and all necessary kitchenware.  
  
Guest Access:  
Guests have exclusive access to the entire house, including the private pool, terrace, and all amenities. Two bicycles are provided for guests to explore the area with ease.

Located in downtown Tulum, this house offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. You are just steps away from local shops, restaurants, yoga studios and vibrant nightlife. Getting Around:  
We highly recommend exploring Tulum by bike or scooter for an authentic and convenient experience. With bike paths and racks available throughout town, cycling is an eco-friendly and enjoyable way to get around. Our bicycles are perfect for exploring downtown; renting a scooter is ideal for visiting the nearby cenotes. For more distant excursions or exploring destinations beyond Tulum, renting a car is a practical option.
