The Space:

This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in Aldea Zama sleeps four and puts you halfway between Tulum's famous beaches and downtown — with your own private plunge pool waiting when you return. Set inside ARTHOUSE Tulum, where striking architecture meets jungle and contemporary art, this is the kind of place where you'll actually want to stay in.



Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Both bedrooms are designed for rest and style. The master offers a king bed, private ensuite bathroom, and direct terrace access. The second bedroom features two twin beds — great for friends or kids. Room-darkening shades in both rooms mean you can sleep in after late nights at Zamna.



Living, Dining, and Kitchen Area

The living space flows seamlessly between indoors and out, with high ceilings, quality finishes, and artwork that makes the space feel gallery-like. The dining table seats six comfortably — whether you're hosting a dinner party or lingering over morning coffee. The full kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, from a stove and oven to a coffee maker and toaster.



Outdoor Amenities

Your private plunge pool is the highlight — pour a glass of wine and soak while you recap the day's adventures. Hammocks hang nearby for lazy afternoons. Beyond your unit, the ARTHOUSE complex offers a resort-style pool and lounge area, a fully equipped gym, a restaurant-bar, botanical gardens, a jungle jacuzzi (reserve six hours ahead), and even a contemporary art gallery and library stocked with books in English and Spanish.



Good To Know

There's a dedicated workspace if you need to log on, plus air conditioning, a washer available on-site, and free parking. You'll check in via lockbox with a private entrance. The building has an elevator for easy access. Aldea Zama is a walkable, evolving neighborhood with local markets and excellent restaurants like Norita Tulum and Safari Comedor Zama just minutes away. The wellness spa is available on-site for an additional fee if you'd like to book treatments during your stay. Electricity is included for stays under 28 nights.

The Neighborhood:

The condo is located within the residential community known as Aldea Zama, situated between the beach and town. It is an evolving, mixed-use community with residences, planned shops, a town center, and ample green space for walking and biking. It is perfectly situated about halfway between the famous Tulum beaches and downtown.



Getting Around:

The condo is about 120 km/75 miles or about a 1 hr 45-min drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to prearrange your airport transfers. There are shared-ride and private vans as well as rental car options. Let us know if you need any assistance. We’d be happy to help!

Other Things to Note:

- Electricity & Internet outages are occasional occurrences in Tulum, beyond our control. While we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our guests may experience due to these disruptions, it's important to note that Stella Rentals cannot be held accountable for such events.



- Also note that Tulum is undergoing development, so you could hear construction noise during the day from surrounding developments.

- The pool was built with local materials, you may find the pool water may not be as clear blue due to this reason, even though it's been recently cleaned.

- The condo is a fully "non-smoking" property (not prohibited inside the units nor in the common areas).



- Parties, events, and business meetings are not allowed, under any circumstances, at any hour, in any place within the building.



- No noise allowed between 10 pm and 8 am



- The pool is open from 8 am to 8 pm



- To use the common area jungle jacuzzi, guests need to book at least 6 hours in advance. The jacuzzi is available from 12 pm to 9 pm. Due to the contingency, a maximum of 2 people is allowed.



- We provide bottled water, high-quality bed linens, bathroom and beach towels, kitchen equipment and more to provide the most comfortable stay. And if you need an airport transfer, we can help you with that too! Just let us know!



- A daily allowance of 20Kw/Day of electricity is included for short term rentals. Additional consumption will be charged at 6 MXN/Kw. Electricity is not included for bookings of 7 days or more. On arrival, our local team will take a meter reading, and again on departure. You will be billed after check out for any additional consumption. Help us save energy by using the AC only when needed, avoid leaving it on if you are not in the property and close all windows and doors when you use it.



- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



- A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



- There is no daily housekeeping but if you need a cleaning service during your stay, it has an extra cost - Please let us know in advance. This service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply.



- We will provide you with a keychain with the condo symbol and a QR code. With this, you will get a 15% discount in the restaurant. In case of loss or in case of not returning it, a fine of 50 USD will be applied for replacement.



- There is a gym available at the complex.



- If traveling with infants or toddlers, you can rent a pack-n-play with the mattress and a high chair if needed at $5 USD per item per night.



HOUSE RULES

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed on the premises, and the use of any recreational drugs in the home is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID upon booking, on the day of checking in, or during their stay for identity verification.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

- Pets are not allowed unless there is prior authorization and an extra fee may apply if such is given.

- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.

- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food or coolers are allowed in the pool, the use of disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.

- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.



Services such as electricity, water, and internet are provided by external companies. While these services are generally reliable, occasional outages beyond our control may occur. We appreciate your understanding.

This is a self-check-in property. Access codes will be provided to you within 24 hours before arrival.
