The house design is interesting, but awkward. I love the idea of the 2 plunge pools, albeit very small, but accessing either one is a problem. the ground floor outdoor space is landscaped with small rocks. OUCH! The upstairs space is a danger if you intend on using the pool. always wear shoes out of pool. The tile surrounding pool is very slippery. It may be a language translation, but when a hot tub is listed, I image a jacuzzi whirl pool for soaking, not a bath tub. Kitchen needs a few more amenities. The space is comfortable excepting as stated above. Tulum is growing too fast! There is construction noise everywhere. ##### Linda C.
