The Space:

Welcome to Casa W, your stunning jungle retreat. This newly unveiled boutique villa features an exquisite open-concept floor plan where massive sliding glass doors merge the indoor living areas with a spectacular private courtyard. The entire property is designed for relaxation and connection, offering ample space for your group of up to 26 to spread out and unwind.



The heart of the villa is the outdoor space, featuring:

A sparkling main swimming pool surrounded by 4 plush daybeds.

A relaxing, integrated hot tub.

A second-floor lap pool for a refreshing swim.

A spacious rooftop terrace with a firepit, perfect for evening cocktails.

Weddings and Events:

Casa W was designed to host memorable events. The 2,200 sq ft rooftop is a wedding oasis with space for a 50+ person dinner, a dance floor, and a raised platform. The villa is also ideal for family reunions, yoga retreats, and corporate events.



Larger Groups:

For groups larger than 26, we can coordinate with the neighboring 6-bedroom villa, Casa Kefi (just 150 ft away), to accommodate a total of 42 guests across both properties.



HOA

- The villa is in gated community called Enclave which has eight beautiful homes. As a result, we ask that our guests to respect our neighbors by not having loud outside noise after 11pm.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full and private access to the entire 8-bedroom villa, including all indoor and outdoor amenities such as the two pools, hot tub, rooftop, and lounge areas. Upon arrival, you will receive keys and an automatic gate clicker for seamless access to the property.



Your stay also includes exclusive access to UMI Tulum Beach Club, a private, oceanfront club with a full restaurant and bar. As our guest, you will enjoy full access with no entry fees.

- Private Chef: Your stay includes the services of a private chef. Please note that the cost of groceries and a menu service fee are additional. Our team will provide menu options and pricing to help you plan your meals.

- Daily Housekeeping: Basic cleaning of the living room, kitchen, common bathrooms, and light trash removal is included.

- 24/7 Concierge: Our team is available to organize airport transportation, pre-stock groceries, massages, yoga classes, yacht charters, restaurant and beach club reservations and more to create a seamless experience.

- Property Security: For your safety and security, the property is monitored by exterior security cameras located in outdoor common areas.

- Maintenance: To keep the villa in pristine condition, our team performs routine maintenance. The pool is serviced daily and the grounds are maintained once a week. Service teams will let themselves in and will be respectful of your privacy.

- Utilities: Electricity in Tulum is provided by a single company. While rare, power outages can occur without notice and are beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for service interruptions. A back-up generator is on site for water and wifi in the event of a long outage.

- Larger Groups: For groups larger than 26, we can coordinate with the neighboring 6-bedroom villa, Casa Kefi (just 150 ft away), to accommodate a total of 42 guests across both properties.
