This service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply. • Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival. • Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. • Noise: Tulum is a high-growth area with a great deal of real estate development and you may hear construction noise during daytime hours, Monday through Saturday. • Electricity is included in short-term stays (<28 nights) but not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more. In this case, you pay for what you consume based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.
